Terms of Service.
1. Cleaning Schedule & Notifications
We provide regular window cleaning services on 4-weekly or 8-weekly rounds across Willenhall, Walsall and the West Midlands. We always notify customers by SMS or phone call the evening before our scheduled visit.
2. Access & Safety
Customers must ensure clear access around the property on the scheduled cleaning day (e.g. unlocked side gates, pets kept inside). Please inform us in advance if any windows or roof lights require special access precautions.
3. Pricing & Quotes
Every job is quote based, with no hidden extras. All quotes include glass, frames, sills and doors on every window visit.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion or within 7 days of invoice issue for recurring accounts. We accept bank transfer, card, and cash.
5. Insurance & Liability
Tarbuck & Son is fully insured with public liability cover. While we take every care, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing structural defects, damaged window seals, or loose mortar prior to cleaning.
